The AMS6G18G13 RF isolator is a high-performance RF device designed for the 6-18GHz frequency band and is suitable for microwave communication, radar and other high-frequency RF systems. The product has the characteristics of low insertion loss (≤1.3dB) and high isolation performance (≥13dB), ensuring efficient and stable signal transmission, while excellent VSWR performance (1.7 max), effectively improving signal integrity.
The isolator supports 20W forward power and 5W reverse power, and can adapt to a wide temperature working environment from -55°C to +85°C, which can meet the needs of various complex application scenarios. Its compact design and silver-plated substrate structure, with gold wire welding connection, are easy to install and integrate, and comply with RoHS environmental protection standards.
